Zack was super accommodating and explained the process throughout. We dropped 4 bags very early in the morning and felt incredibly safe due to the security cameras on the premises. The confirmation text explains all the different amenities including showers, snacks, curbside luggage drop at the airport, and many more! Our flight kept getting delayed and we asked if the Maui airport had any luggage lockers and the answer was unfortunately no. There was still a whole day to spend on the island and we surely didn't want to spend it at the airport. A quick google search and we found Island Locker Life. Zack came to the rescue. Explained to us how to get to the facility and how the process worked. Everything is done through text or phone calls and is very easy. Zack is the hardest working person we met on the whole island during our week stay on the island. He will literally do anything for you to help. He even dropped us off at the airport!
